App Terms of Use

Last updated: 10 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Electuni LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”), for the PDF-I-LOVE mobile app for Android and iPhone. By using the app you agree to them. The website has its own Terms of Service.

Using the app

The app lets you organize, convert and edit PDF files on your phone. You are responsible for the documents you process and for having the right to use them. Don’t use the app for anything unlawful or to infringe anyone’s rights, and don’t try to reverse engineer, resell or bypass the app’s paid features.

Free plan and Pro

Billing and renewal

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel any time in your Google Play subscriptions or your Apple ID settings (the app’s Settings screen links there). Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments go through the store, so refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their refund policies. If you subscribed on one phone, use “Restore purchases” in the app to unlock Pro on another phone signed in to the same store account.

Your files

The app processes files on your phone and does not upload them (see the App Privacy Policy). Results are always saved as new files; your originals are never changed. We still can’t guarantee that every file will process perfectly, so always keep a copy of important originals.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the app is provided “as is”, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.

If you got the app from the App Store

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide support for it, and is not responsible for any claims relating to it (including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual-property claims). If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which may refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where these terms do not cover a point. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in your local courts. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app grows. For material changes we will update the date above and tell you in the app at least 14 days before they take effect (30 days for any change to Pro). If you don’t agree, you can stop using the app and cancel your subscription.
