Answers to common questions about the PDF-I-LOVE mobile app. Can’t find what you need? Contact us and mention which phone and app version you use (shown at the bottom of the app’s Settings screen). We usually reply within 2 working days.

Subscriptions

How do I restore Pro on a new phone?

Sign in to the same Google Play or Apple ID account you subscribed with, open the app, go to Settings → Restore purchases. Pro unlocks automatically.

How do I cancel?

In the app, open Settings → Manage subscription. You can also cancel in the Google Play Store (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

How do I get a refund?

Payments are processed by Google or Apple, so refunds are requested from them: through Google Play or Apple’s Report a Problem page.

Free plan

How many free tasks do I get?

Five successful tasks a day with the free tools. The count is shown on the home screen and after each task, and it resets at midnight on your phone. Tasks that fail don’t count.

Which tools need Pro?

Reorder pages, Page numbers, Watermark and Edit info. They are marked PRO in the app, and you can set them up before deciding to subscribe.

Files

Where are my PDFs saved?

In the app’s My Files tab. From there you can open, share, rename or delete them, or use one in another tool. To keep a copy elsewhere, tap a file and choose “Share or save to device”.

Can I open a PDF from email or another app?

On Android, yes: use Share in the other app and pick PDF-I-LOVE, then choose a tool.

My PDF is password-protected

The app can’t open locked PDFs. Remove the password in the app that created it, then try again.

Is anything uploaded?

No. Every tool runs on your phone. See the App Privacy Policy.

Privacy requests

To access or delete data, use the contact form and choose “Privacy or data request”. The app has no accounts; deleting it removes everything it stored on your phone.
